At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- customer Success, Client Services, and/or Account Management
- technically savvy (don't worry, you won't be engineering, we just want to know you aren't afraid of tech)
- background providing legal services or legal SaaS services
- Salary - $19k-$130k
