What You Will Be Doing
-Responsible for the happiness of our clients!!
-Reports to the COO, and will work closely with other teams including the security, technology and project team.
-Brings excellent communication and relationship building with clients to promote recommended technology changes.
-Serve as point person for substantive changes to clients technology infrastructure either generated from the technology team.
-Stay current on technology trends and new tools so you can properly advise your clients.
-Prepare project quotes and estimates, handle existing sales process.
-Keep abreast of clients project lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoff from project team to service teams.
-Periodically serve as an escalation point for guidance with on-call requests and issues.
-Work with Client Services team to schedule and keep track of CIO meetings.
-Prepare CIO review presentations and attend all meetings.
-Follow up with CIO meeting recommendations, projects, etc. and ensure they are addressed quickly and efficiently.
-Hand off to appropriate teams, ensuring clients needs are properly met.
-Conduct regular phone calls and in-person visits to clients to solidify relationships.
-Coordinate with other teams or partners as needed.
-Handle client care situations, whether a result of technical or personnel issues.
-Review relevant survey results and take appropriate action.
-Work with clients and marketing team to encourage referrals.
