THIS ROLE IS ACTIVE AND OPEN AND INTERVIEWING. YOU MUST HAVE GLOBAL B2B SAAS IN THE CLOUD SPACE. THEY HAVE OPENED IT TO OTHER LOCATIONS.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help take us to the next level. You must have experience working for a global B2B SaaS company and working with enterprise level accounts. Cloud solutions is a plus. This is a growth role as we continue to grow and we are actively interviewing.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Technical Account Manager/Client Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers in the mid-market and enterprise segments are achieving the full value from their investment. You will have a passion for working with customers, helping them achieve tangible results through the application of our solutions in their technology platform. Your technical expertise will enable you to share best practices and technical guidance to customers based upon your deep understanding of their solution and project objectives.
What You Need for this Position
3-5 years of experience of:

- B2B
- Enterprise level accounts
- Interface with a global remote team
- SaaS
- Cloud Computing industry (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Data Analytics - Data Driven
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Account Management
- Client Partner
- Sales - Quotas - KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in related field
