This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Due to natural growth, we are actively looking to expand our startup by bringing on a research associate! This person will execute critical experiments and manage our laboratory to support its high-throughput cell therapy discovery platform.
Our infrastructure is a design/build/test loop that couples a finely tuned software architecture with wet-lab mammalian synthetic biology to engineer and characterize massive libraries of candidate cell therapies.
We are looking for a Research Associate who is excited to work closely with a team of immunologists and molecular biologists to build out and deploy our high-throughput methods to characterize and develop cutting edge therapies for immuno-oncology.

-Be responsible for basic laboratory management and maintenance tasks
-Work closely with team members to understand details of ongoing cell engineering projects
-Maintain excellent electronic lab notebook records of protocols and experimental details
-Collaborate with software engineers to develop the design and analysis methodologies and pipeline
-Participate in team meetings and provide regular oral and written communication on all projects and milestones to relevant project team
-Able to individually perform molecular cloning techniques, plasmid DNA preparation, mammalian cell culture, lentiviral production and QC
-Experience with immunostaining methods, primary immune culture, and FACS
-Flexibility and desire to work at the early stages of a startup
