Make presentations and demonstrations to multiple stakeholders from Medical Directors, Innovation Leadership, and C suite level executives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for our products
Master and improve our sales funnel management (Salesforce) to track and qualify leads, validate forecasts, and collaborate with leadership on appropriate sales KPIs to drive the organization forward.
Collaborate with Marketing team to expand our brand within the health plan and employer space.
Partner with mental health clinics and reps to build reimbursement opportunities within health plans.
Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure successful onboarding experience for our customers.
Experience successfully navigating the healthcare ecosystem (consultants, brokers, payers, health systems, TPA, etc.) strongly preferred
10+ years of complex sales and account executive experience
A foundational understanding of value-based care and health plan operations
Possess strong relationships with health plans, payers, employer and consultant/broker key decision makers on the east coast.
Passion for working in a highly-visible, path-forging, multi-tasking capacity, at the intersection of healthcare and technology
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective, consultative style
The ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience advising, presenting to and persuading senior corporate personnel
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and an impassioned team spirit
Presentation skills to one and to many in a high-pressure environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and manage through modern tools, coordinate
evaluate sales effectiveness
Participated previously in developing a new market space
Roll up your sleeves mentality to both manage and sell in an evolving space.
