Job Title: Account Executive - Enterprise IT Sales, IT Staffing Solutions
Job Location: Dublin, OH - will start as remote and transition to on-site post-Covid
Compensation: $50K - $70K base salary ($100K - $120K+ OTE)

- Enterprise IT sales for projects and staffing solutions.
- Business development, relationship building, opportunity discovery/development, opportunity qualification, solution development by working with solutions team.
- Strong Pipeline management, understanding of the various lifecycles of enterprise sales and the importance pipelining
- Evangelize and educate the market on our Solutions and Service offerings
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies
- Establish, build and nurture relationships with client's senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities
- Route qualified opportunities to sales management for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Support sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- 3+ years business development/inside sales experience
- 3+ years of enterprise IT sales or IT Staffing Solutions experience
- Client Relationship Management or Account Management experience is a plus
- Experience in selling services in ERP, PeopleSoft & Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus.
- Excellent executive presentation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with strong self-starter attitude.
