Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager who will operate within the Delivery and Client Success function of the VP of Program Management. The successful candidate will help support our technology and business teams, deliver our technical capabilities, drive and align technical insertion with business imperatives in order to improve our products, enhance program performance, grow our business, support and developing best practice Client Success frameworks, and establish our team as the premier solution leaders in the Industry. As a Senior Program Manager, the candidate must stay abreast of technologies, develop delivery schedules to include customer onboarding, implementation, client-facing education and training, and client health check-ins. This role is based in Reston, VA.


  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the design and creation of best-in-class infrastructure/processes/tooling to deliver Program, Portfolio and Operational business insights to executive management
  • Continuously improve our internal processes and customer engagement models to streamline and accelerate the delivery of new products
  • Champion communications frameworks to report out on all Projects, Programs, and Customer Engagements appropriate with needed operational, tactical and strategic goals
  • Drive the integration of engineering and business teams to support business value
  • Identify skill gaps and partner with internal stakeholders to provide near and long-term solutions
  • Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of product/platform end users, as well as post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
  • Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
  • Be the main point of contact between the company and a number of named enterprise accounts
  • Develop policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience along the Customer Journey
  • Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
  • Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for client engagement schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment


  • Proven experience in Product and Services delivery at Fortune 500 scale
  • Proven Program Management experience overseeing large and sophisticated deployments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Exceptional client success skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs on-time and on-budget
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Skilled in requirements analysis, Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Portfolio Management, and Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience in Program Management and Client Success
  • Advanced degree, non-MBA, in field of Program Management
  • PMP and Scrum certification a plus
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Enterprise big data solutions and analytics a PLUS needed by the project
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
