Strategic Relationship Executive

We are currently looking for an innovative and dynamic strategic relationship executive with proven experience ESTABLISHING & DEVELOPING strategic relationships and channel partners who would like to join our South Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with client by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and problems
  • Contributes toward the revenue and gross margin targeted in the business plan via Partnership new business.
  • Develops and grows new sales channels.
  • Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate business impact and value
  • Meets or exceeds targets for sales metrics, such as revenue, deal volumes.
  • Assists in developing the overall business plans based on the Company's strategic objectives.
  • Develops and executes on partner plans.
  • Tracks, manages and reports Partner key performance indicators.
  • Coordinates and leads new Partner opportunities with sales executives.
  • Grows the number of leads generated personally and by the regional sales team through networking, building relationships and other sales activities.
  • Performs activities of the business in a manner consistent with the Company's operational standards and brand promise.
  • Follows a defined sales process and strategy resulting in a positive impact to the revenue and profitability of the Company.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience of industry knowledge with measurable results
  • Minimum of 3 years complex relationship management related experience.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent written, and oral communication skills
  • Sales drive and motivation
  • Working knowledge of products and services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with C level
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook preferred
  • Revenue management
  • Problem Solving - Listens to complex challenges and logically works through the root causes.
  • Ambassadorship and entrepreneurship: Identify, mobilizes, and delivers into the relationship the right people, solutions, resources, and ideas from across the firm.
  • Solutions focused: developing solutions to client problems, developing effective benefit statements, and demonstrating new products and processes
  • Global Acumen - ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment
  • Strong Software/ technology knowledge required
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • EHS knowledge highly preferred
