You will assist our CFO with various accounting functions that comprise financial administration such as
- Enter financial data into the system as well as managing check deposits
- Assist in creating cost analysis reports for CFO
- AP/AR, cash flow
- PO oversight
- Budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, payroll reports, etc.
As an Administrative Assistant we will expect you to apply your organizational skills to support the CEO and other Company Personnel with office management, project planning, travel arrangements, calendaring, and human resources responsibilities.
