Job Description

The Education, Training, and Outreach (ETO) Training Specialist will work with cross-functional Operations and IT teams as well as the government customer to develop clear and accurate documentation and educational resources.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly assimilate and maintain program knowledge.
  • Develop ETO documentation and materials according to established program guidelines. ETO materials include technical system documentation, user guides, communications and outreach content, and training presentations.
  • Ensure document quality by taking ownership and driving documentation process to completion.
  • Collaborate directly with IT and Software development teams to understand, translate, and develop documentation related to these systems.
  • Review and interpret technical source documents to develop required content.
  • Collaborate with other member of the education, training, and outreach team to develop materials.
  • Provide and accept feedback in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Suggest team process improvements and best practices for content development.

Qualifications

  • Must have MS/MBA with 1 year, BA/BS with 3 years or AA/AS with 5 years or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience related to performance of analysis of programs and information system schemes
  • Significant experience in professional writing, development of instructional materials, and developing training content.
  • Significant ability to understand and synthesize technical information
  • Advanced skill set in MS Word & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly collaborative
  • Advanced skill set in MS Word & PowerPoint

Desired Skills

  • Prior ACA Premium Stabilization Programs experience is a plus
  • Government contracting experience
  • Healthcare IT – nice to have
  • CMS experience – nice to have
  • Salesforce experience – nice to have
