Job Description

Now selecting our next round of Inbound Call Center Advocates for a premier call center in Cleveland. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are serious about taking care of customers and enjoy a fun working atmosphere.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service experience at the same job and at least 6 months of call center experience. We want people who are looking for long-term employment and not just a “for now” job!
Customer Advocate Reps are the front-line representatives of the company and are crucial to success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts with billing issues and refunds, finding appropriate parts and providing quotes, as well as placing orders via phone, email, and live chat. The people calling in are seeking your help and we want the best of the best to help them!
Please have excellent internet and typing skills, friendly phone etiquette, and the passion to succeed with us. Training is 1- 2 weeks on a Monday-Friday schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm. No absence or tardies are allowed during this time. After training employees will be provided with a schedule. Center operates 7 days a week in a window of 7AM- 8PM. Employees are required to rotate shifts. More details can be discussed and any questions answered upon interviewing with our Recruiters. 
Starting pay is $11.50 p/hr. Based on performance and attendance pay will increase between $13-15 per hour. Once you are on company payroll for 90 days you are provided with benefits including 100% EMPLOYER PAID MEDICAL,DENTAL AND VISION !
