Looking for a Facilities Coordinator to provide support to the internal staff through the maintenance of the building and grounds.
Monitor all exterior maintenance including landscaping, lawn irrigation, snow removal and the parking lot.
Arrange and monitor all construction including painting, HVAC, electric, alarm system, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, masonry, ceilings, signage, office furniture and any other construction needs of the building.
General maintenance including office cleaning, carting, and cleanliness of general locations such as the conference rooms, lunch rooms, etc.
Stocking of restroom and lunchroom supplies.
Provide back up for Shipping/Receiving department.
Assist in the procurement of office and building supplies as needed.
Assist the Marketing department as needed with trade show setup, etc.
General knowledge of all facets of building maintenance.
Good organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Should have a HS diploma or GED and 1-2 years experience in building maintenance
General computer knowledge
