Partnership Track

Two full-time OB/GYN physician opportunities with partnership track in the “The Orthopedic Capital of the World”! There is a high need for OB/GYN services in the community which allows incoming providers to build their practice quickly! This facility offers a newly renovated 14-bed intensive care unit, and an 18-bed emergency department and is a part of a large hospital network based in Fort Wayne with in-network benefits of physician collaboration within a large tertiary care center. Services include cardiology, women’s services, oncology, orthopedic surgery, diagnostic services, wellness, and weight management, wound care, ophthalmology, obstetrics, inpatient and outpatient surgery, occupational health, urgent care, ENT clinics, and rehabilitation services.

Practice Details:

• Build your practice quickly due to the community’s high demand for OB/GYN services
• Providers are in the office 4 ½ days a week and the other half-day providers perform cases & cover labor and delivery
• Provider averages 20-25 patients/day
• 50% OB / 50% GYN
• C-Section Rate: 20-25%%
• Robotic surgery is available, but not required
• Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Average of 500-600 Births Annually (no high risk) as well as:
• Ablations (In office and hospital)
• Hysterectomy (Vaginal & Abdominal)
• Robotic hysterectomy
• Bilateral Tubal Ligation
• Laparoscopy
• Cesarean Section
• Anterior postpartum repair
• No V-Backs
