Positions are available in Woburn and Beverly for both entry-level and more experienced professionals.
Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not required. ACCOUNT MANAGERS liaise with our 2,000 leasing clients, delivering top-notch service. They draft, negotiate, administer, and renew leases; facilitate tenant improvements; develop business relationships; prospect for new business; and close new leasing transactions. LEASING OFFICERS network in the community, establish new prospect and brokerage relationships, develop leasing opportunities, and negotiate and close leases throughout Cummings’ real estate portfolio. ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGERS support the day-to-day functions of account managers, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate management, including lease transactions, tenant improvement projects, client relations, and much more.
