Part-time Receptionist Administrative Assistant
· Answers phones / Greets visitors and vendors.
· Manage calendars and conference room schedules.
· Performs routine typing and other clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
· Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with Quickbooks is a must.
· Maintain manual and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
· Maintain office supply stocks.
· Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
· Complete other tasks and assists with special projects as needed.
· Must have prior experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
· Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
