We have a position open for a Chef Instructor to teach both culinary students and home cooks. The role is part-time for now but may expand to a full-time in the near future.
At CulinaryLab, we hire chefs with solid experience who have a passion for teaching. We are looking for a patient "people person" with relevant experience and real-world stories to share with our students. Serious cooking chops and professional kitchen experience are a must.
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Minimum 4 years in the role of sous chef or higher
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Teach hands-on cooking classes for home cooks, culinary students, and corporate event clients
- Develop curriculum for classes using a variety of apps and programs, including excel, powerpoint, word, and online resources
