THE JOB DUTIES: Support General Manager at all times; maximize sales potential and profitability, monitor all costs related to restaurant functions. Assist with all hiring of support team members.
Assist with inventory. Take ownership of employee morale. Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
Maintaining the system of internal control within the restaurant as outlined in the restaurants manual. Constant inspection and evaluation of dining rooms, food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas. Responsible to ensure restaurants appearance meeting and exceeding standards as well as maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
