Culhane Premier Properties, a team of Real Estate specialists out of Cedar Park, TX serves real estate buyers, sellers and investors in the Greater Austin and San Antonio Area.
Culhane Premier Properties is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or Human Resources Director to work in our Cedar Park Office to fill openings in sales and administrative positions and manage our personnel.
Interested candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing/recruiting industry or a background in Human Resources (HR).

What are we looking for?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for all phases of the recruitment and selection process to ensure that Culhane Premier Properties attracts and selects high quality candidates for our team. This will include marketing, advertising and identifying qualified candidates for various sales and administrative positions.
What will you be doing?
Post open positions externally to free and paid job sites
Review, analyze and evaluate applicant’s information in response to postings
Conduct phone and video screening interviews
Frequently cold call (prospect) lists of agents that fit the profile we look for
Establish and manage in office interview schedules
Administer personality and job fit assessments
Administer reference and background checks
Maintain and grow the applicant pool by networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting local real estate schools and colleges
Attend recruitment related functions such as job fairs, agency and college events as needed
Ensure all licensees keep and maintain required CE courses each year
Ensure any post-licensing is taken on time by licensees
Ensure all Realtor dues are paid on timed to prevent inactive/expired status
Ensuring all employment compliance requirements are met for state and federal regulation
Following guides for new team member on-boarding
Ensure Recruiting and retention goals are being met/exceeded
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum two (2) years of previous recruiting experience
Ability to effectively deal with a high volume of applicants
Ability to work under strict deadlines
