Sr. Business Analyst, Global CRM Product Management, to join the Digital Experience & Technology team
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for executing customer relationship management solution supporting our growing Global Commercial business. The successful candidate will support key stakeholder groups and external agencies to deliver a virtual engagement platform supporting our bold mission of redefining the industry through differentiated customer experiences. This role will oversee requirements gathering; platform development (implementations and integrations) as well as ongoing product management activities.
Here's What You'll Do:
Leads delivery of CRM product management deliverables
Supports field personas for global functional activities
Supports requirements gathering and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria
Documents stakeholder interviews and functional design
Executes day-to-day activities for functional requirements gathering and organizational change management
Coordinates with external product vendors on UI/UX on functional requirements and design
Conducts / facilitates interviews, leads analysis, and prepares sprint review workshop materials
