Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Cryo-Trans, Inc provides our customer base with the industry’s finest leased refrigerated and insulated railcars for food and beverage transportation - along with day to day management and support of that equipment. We also provide 3PL (third party logistics) services to the food and beverage industry to enhance their distribution, warehousing, forward positioning, and fulfillment services.
The CTI Customer Service Coordinator is the single point of contact for their customer base, providing logistics analysis and support, personal and professional knowledge, pipeline management, planning and analysis.
This individual will be largely self-directed and able to plan and perform their work responsibilities within the structure of the day to day management of the overall business and the needs of their customers and co-workers.
On a day to day basis the customer service coordinator shall provide to their customer(s):
§ updates on the whereabouts and status of their leased equipment, including estimated times of arrival to destination.
§ updates on the whereabouts and etas of system equipment being used to transport their products.
§ management and direction for the cars being used to transport their products
§ analysis and historical summaries to study and manage effective use of customer fleets
The customer service coordinator will stay in constant communication with their customers through telephone and written communications in a professional manner.
