Corporate Listing Manager
Corporate Listing Manager coordinates the management, marketing and sale of corporate or Relocation Management Company (RMC) listings. This individual interfaces with Relocation Management Company personnel, company sales associates, company broker managers, other company divisions and service personnel. This position successfully protects and advances Crye-Leike’s referral business and reputation by handling listing referrals in a professional and cooperative manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the property inspection process and ordering property maintenance, i.e. utilities connections, lawn service, any repairs or improvements necessary to successfully sell the property in a timely manner.
Assigning appropriate listing sales associate to successfully market the property.
Facilitating communications between the RMC counselor, listing sales associate, accounting department and the Relocation division.
Acting as the liaison between the RMC, sales associate and transferee.
Reviewing the Worldwide ERC Brokers Market Analysis form and approving and verifying data used for evaluation.
Making recommendations to the RMC personnel regarding price, property conditions, marketing strategy and etc.
Monitoring sales associate performance from the initial BMA to the listing and through closing.
Assisting with listing preparation and contract negotiations.
Submitting regular reimbursement requests to RMC and following up to ensure payment is received.
Recording all data into the Relo Spec system, maintaining data base information, running reports, ensuring accuracy of data and maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive information.
Conducting training on preparing an effective BMA and effectively conducting the listing presentation.
Coordinating the commission and referral fee payouts.
Real Estate experience required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proficient in problem solving.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must.
Effective organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work in a team environment.
