The ideal candidate will have experience in interdepartmental communication and excellent organizational skills. Must demonstrate knowledge of the brand (training will be provided) Must be ready to embrace and contribute to the creative process.
This is a position dedicated to ensuring the Creative Services Department functions quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Daily check-ins with internal clientele on status of various jobs.
Keep excellent notes in meetings and creative sessions.
Contribute ideas and concepts when called upon.
Assure that design jobs are finished accurately and on time.
Work directly with vendors for any signage or print orders.
Assist the team in any capacity necessary.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
