ServiceNow Delivery Manager - Technology

The Delivery Manager provides Delivery Oversight as well as People and Organizational Management. This position is a management and consulting role that requires being the operational leader as well as a billable consultant. A Delivery Manager will have a thorough understanding of the Crossfuze project Delivery methodology and will enhance and enforce this methodology by creating and maintaining best practices for services delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
* Leverage ServiceNow technical implementation expertise to deliver value for clients in a 50% billable capacity
* Coach and mentor project resources to deliver technical scope that meets or exceeds client expectations as indicated by CSAT at or above target
* Responsible for people management of 8-12 direct reports that may range from Associate Technical Consultant to Architect
* Coach direct reports to build and execute their individual development plans, hit utilization targets, and meet other key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy
* Collaborate with Leaders across functions and geographies to manage the business, grow the business, and improve the business
* Work with HR to help recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant conferences and training
