Work on support tickets assigned from the company Help Desk Ticketing System, updating the system with work performed
Image / provision laptops, desktops, VoiP phones and VDI systems for new employees, ensure that all machines are properly configured for employee first use
Backup and Transfer data from old systems to new systems
Check in and inventory of all new PC equipment & peripherals
Maintain inventory of assets in our asset management software
Install software updates and security patches on client computers
Provides technical assistance to resolve issues related to computer hardware and software, including printing and Windows / Mac operating systems
Basic knowledge of NTFS, File/Folder permissions and privileged access
Assists with PC and peripheral setups for customer walkups
Work with waste vendors to decommission / recycle old assets
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate degree in IT related discipline or a minimum of 2 years' experience on a technical Service Desk
Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
Minimum of 1 year supporting Windows 7/10 on a Service Desk
Working knowledge of computer diagnostic utilities
Basic knowledge of commercial software licensing agreements
Understanding of Active Directory objects for management of users and computers
Must have good customer service and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, good judgement, technical and analytical aptitude
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
COMPTIA A+ or Network+
Familiarity with deploying Windows 10 and Microsoft Intune.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
Prior Experience with VMWare View Administrator, Office 365 and IT Asset Management

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $18 - 23 hourly. Many factors will be taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, etc.
