Business Process Consultant- SPM (Remote)

  • Represent all Crossfuze delivery capabilities to deliver and grow a book of business for Enterprise clients
  • Maintain a utilization target of 75%
  • Lead planning/discovery and process workshops and working sessions
  • Drive awareness of industry trends to bring the best solutions to the table
  • Define client-specific SPM business process solutions while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate and partner with Technical Leads to translate and apply ServiceNow best practices to client's environment
  • Ensure process recommendations are prioritized against business value outcomes and meet success criteria
  • Build and manage relationships with client buyers and decision makers
  • Work closely with clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness
  • Stay current on ServiceNow product roadmap and best practices
  • Grow your ServiceNow expertise through continuous improvement and contribute to Crossfuze knowledge management initiatives
  • Engage in SPM practice/practice ranger meetings and contribute to service offerings, collateral development, and SPM enablement


  • 5+ years experience delivering professional services as a consultant in project, program, and/or portfolio management
  • 5+ years as a senior industry leadership position in project, program, portfolio management
  • 3+ years' experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Successful track record as an internal or external consultant leading an organization and working with IT business leads and process owners to optimize business process operations
  • Practical experience building, managing, and optimizing Demand Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management processes
  • Practical experience with the creation/implementation/management of project/program/ portfolio management methodologies and associated key metrics/balanced scorecards related to financial management
  • Experience consulting/advising sr. leaders in the strategic application of project, program, and portfolio management to achieve corporate goals, organizational transformation and to gain competitive advantage
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions in a complex environment for enterprise clients
  • Strong Consulting Skills including meeting & facilitation skills and collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop client-ready deliverables in the form of process workflows, client presentations, workshop approaches, and training & communication materials
  • Organizational change management and transformation experience
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SPM or ITBM)
  • Customer and relationship focused, process driven, metric focused, results oriented, organized, and self-directed
