Job Description
 

We have an exciting client in South Bend, IN who has the IMMEDIATE need for a Accounts Payable Manager.

 

They are looking ideally for someone to start someone ASAP!

 

Hourly pay rate for this position will be in the range of $24-32/hour

 

Required Skills/ Experience: 

  • Process Management
  • Time Management
  • Multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel intermediate skill level) and working experience with SAP.


Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of AP Clerks
  • Working in SAP
  • Reporting, data entry, and data manipulation in Excel
  • Input invoices
  • Issuing payment to vendors
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors

 

Things they are looking for:

  • High level experience in SAP
  • High level experience in Excel
  • Collecting metrics for employees
  • Setting goals and objectives
  • Bachelors or (4) year degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
  • 6+ years of accounting experience
  • 1099 filing knowledge
