Consumer Service Representative I

Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist with inquiries, complaints, orders, and other questions customers may have.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No


  • Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for our consumers
  • Field incoming phone calls and emails from our customer base
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and clearly, but with enthusiasm and tact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction regarding technical inquiries, as well as the product return and repair process
  • Investigate and rectify consumer issues, including damages, incorrect shipments, and lost orders
  • Process return authorizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
