Job DescriptionCritical Systems, Inc. (CSI) is a rapidly growing 22-year-old, ISO certified, high tech manufacturing company for the semiconductor industry.Our current growth rate, as well as acquiring 3 new companies has us in search of an additional team member for our Boise, Idaho office.CSI is continuing to grow; do you have what we need?We are looking for a strong Customer Service Professional that is passionate, resourceful, perceptive, dependable, and driven.Are you someone who has a positive attitude, open-minded and asks inquisitive questions that help you see things from various viewpoints and perspectives?Are you someone that is ambitious and can achieve goals and objectives?Can you adapt to the changing conditions and circumstances that gets thrown your way?Do you work with a sense of urgency and purpose to seek exceptional results?A day in the life of a CSR: Interact with customers by phone and email to process orders and provide information about our... products and services.Keep records of customer accounts, process customer requests and track file documents.Implement and maintain procedures.Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer needs and requests.Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.Education & Experience: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent2 - 3 years of experience working with customers2 - 3 years of experience working with computersOutstanding Customer ServiceDocumented track record for follow throughKnowledge of Sage 100 or equivalent ERP software system a plusKnowledge of QuickBooks a plusCompetencies & Skills: Detail oriented and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite productsGood judgment and decision makingExceptional time management and multi-taskingProactiveProblem Solver and critical thinkingStrong team player and patient in understanding different perspectivesInquisitive mind...
