JOB DESCRIPTION

Critical Solutions has an immediate need for an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist - Senior to support a federal program in Arlington, VA.

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
  • Execute scripts and answer calls.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
  • Open and close tickets.
  • Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance
  • High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) plus 3+ years of experience in general IT
  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
  • Experience in IT customer service including two (2) years of IT ticketing system experience and one (1) year of experience in remote desk takeover tools and usage.
  • Experience meeting service level goals and targets.
  • Must possess a certification in a process-based platform including programs equal to ITIL, HDI, CoBIT, Lean Six, Six Sigma,etc.
  • Must possess MTA for Windows OS certification


Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. In addition to specific security clearance requirements, selected candidate must undergo background investigation and finger printing by the federal agency and successfully pass the preceding to qualify for the position.
