About the position
Come join a creative team of digital marketing professionals! We’re looking for an experienced CRM Digital Marketing Manager to head up the design, development, execution, and analysis of our multi-channel campaigns. This individual will be working closely with our marketing department to develop strategic customer roadmaps in an effort to increase revenue and sales, and set us ahead of our competition.
This work will be done under our several different verticals, most of which specialize in healthcare, insurance, and home improvement. It’s important that our CRM Digital Marketing Manager understands brand management, how to create and execute a successful digital marketing campaign, and how to utilize the results of past campaigns to problem solve and create newer and better campaigns.
The CRM Digital Marketing Manager will be communicating mostly with upper management, and our Crisp teams such as Content, Design, and Development.
Technical skills needed for this position include experience with SQL and Databases, working with KPIs to evaluate campaign success, project management, communication and collaboration, organizing data with Microsoft Excel and other reporting platforms, and the ability to multi-task while staying well-organized and meeting deadlines. We require 3 or more years of work experience in campaign management and database marketing & analytics, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree.
