WHAT DOES CRISIS RESPONSE NETWORK, INC. DO?

Crisis Response Network, Inc. is an award-winning nonprofit that operates a 24/7 crisis line serving Maricopa county as well as Northern Arizona.  Our mission is to Inspire Hope through our talented and compassionate staff.

Since 2007, CRN has been providing crisis contact center services and in that short time has helped thousands of individuals and families connect to the help they need. Additionally, in that short timeframe, CRN has grown to expand services to a peer-run Warm Line, Serious Mental Illness (SMI) determinations, mobile team dispatches, crisis transportation services, emergency room-based assessments, Department of Child Safety (DCS) rapid response and crisis stabilization services, telephone follow-up to those who need it, tragedy support lines and other in-kind services to the community.

 

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

Plans, organizes and implements facilities repairs and improvement. Performs tasks required to ensure timely and accurate communication to internal and external customers. Responsible for the day-to-day building operations of the various suites and locations for CRN.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • 8 - 10 week short term project, assisting Facilities Department
  • Ensures all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition.
  • Handles coordination for painting, carpet cleaning, extermination services, cleaning services and office furniture with vendors and property management.
  • Assist with cleaning the office.
  • Unpacking boxes and moving office furniture.
  • May be involved in special projects relating to building moves and acquisitions as authorized by the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION:

G.E.D/High School

Specifications: General Studies

 

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years

Specifications: Minimum 2 years previous operations or facility experience, focusing on managing multiple locations

 

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

PC/Laptop, Email, Word, Excel

 

KSA- all other required knowledge, skills and abilities:

Prioritize and plan work activities; Meet deadlines; Strong customer-focus and problem solving skills; Team player; committed to quality; Good communicator

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, use hands to type or utilize tools; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations; may be exposed to outdoor climates
