Housekeeper (HK-EP-NYS-12)

Schedule:Live-out, Full-time, Monday - Friday 11 AM 7 PM

Salary:$80,000 $85,000/yr. with Health Insurance

Location:Upper East side, Southampton (July /Aug)

Overview:

A Family of three is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for their NY Apt and Summer Hamptons home. The culture of the home is informal, but the expectations for quality service and efficiency are high. Must be experienced working in and around fine homes and be able to demonstrate skill and depth in all aspects of cleaning and maintaining the home. The client prefers someone who takes initiative, is professional, non-obtrusive, and highly trustworthy.

Overall Organization

Full Charge daily and detailed cleaning (wool rug, Italian marble, white oak floor)

Laundry: Iron and clothing management

Develop and maintain a general organizational plan for the house

Household items

Manage Household, vendors, and contractors

Mindful of home mechanics etc.

Go to Market/provisioning/flowers

Develop and maintain an organizational plan for kitchen and supplies

Can help with entertaining

Candidate Qualities

Professional, capable, self-confident, intuitive, and low-key personality type

Clean appearance, organized and efficient

Good communicator and works well with Nanny

Generally, knows what to do, requires minimal direction, and is open to feedback

Can adjust to and accommodate changing circumstances

Requirements

5+ years experience

Excellent, stable work history and references

Drivers License (a plus)

Non-Smoker

Good English fluency
