Crespo Insurance Agency in Pennsauken, NJ is looking for a bilingual insurance agent for Property and Casualty and Life to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Spanish speaking is a must. 

• Property and Casualty License is required
• Must have proven track record of success and 1- 2 years of experience with personal and commercial lines insurance sales
• Must be self-motivated with a superior work ethic
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English and Spanish language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adhering to ethical standards
• Works directly with client to obtain information and secure binding of coverage
• Proven time-management, organizational and follow-up skills
• Closes the sale by learning and addressing client needs and concerns
• Cross-selling existing customers with other products Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
• Generating quotes
• Providing excellent customer service Relationship
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional communication skills Sales motivated with proven cold calling skills
• Ability to multi-task
