The TownePlace Suites Milwaukee Oak Creek is looking for an individual who is outgoing, customer service focused, and has a positive outlook to join our food and beverage team as a full-time Breakfast Attendant. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer choice of seating in the dining area. Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area. Maintain proper set-up of dining area. Preparation of food according to Crescent/brand standards and ensuring proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations. Replenish food and service supplies and utensils in the dining area. Clean and sanitize all equipment in the kitchen & dining areas. Clean out all refrigerators and reach-ins daily; label, date and rotate all food items. Sweep and mop floors in kitchen floors and dining area. Ensure all food deliveries are put up and stored in proper places with proper dating. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Safety & Security:
The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. The nature of the hotel business is that we are at work when the guests are here. This means that the hotel is busiest during weekends & holiday. Weekends & Holidays are required.
Shift times for this position are between the hours of 5am-1pm. Because breakfast service starts promptly at 6am. Punctuality at the 5am start to food preparation is required.
