*local candidates strongly preferred *ONLY in-person interviews will be conducted, NO Skype, NO exceptions This position will serve as an entry level resource for system access requests and access resets that supports VDH Vital Records Electronic Death Registry System. Technical assistance for computer system users have system access issues. Determine request type and resolves through use of
statewide ticket system or internal agency. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Provide customer support for system access for Electronic Death Registry System.
- Experience with customer service in an IT environment. Knowledge of helpdesk procedures supporting technology requests.
- Experience with IT systems access practices and procedures. Technical assistance for users with system access issues.
- A degree in IT Security or computer science preferred.
