Business System Analyst - Warehouse Management The Shipping and Logistics Systems Analyst will be responsible for architecting and configuring SAP software solutions to help streamline current business processes. Team members should possess both the technical and communication skills necessary to interface directly with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This position requires strong experience with SAP Warehouse Management (EWM/IM) as well as best practices for integrating/interfacing with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) to support end-to-end processes including Commercial and Financial Billing.
The Shipping and Logistics Systems Analyst will also be responsible for end user support and customer satisfaction. * Open to Full Time Remote What can Cree | Wolfspeed do for you? * Provide a high visibility role as part of transformational projects and programs * Showcase your skills at the global enterprise level * Opportunities for continue growth * Encouragement to think innovatively in a dynamic environment What can you do for Cree | Wolfspeed? * Assist in defining business processes and recommend solutions to help streamline those processes. * Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions. * Work with Cree Support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform. * Perform End User Training on systems & processes * Act as the liaison to corporate initiatives and projects * Gain understanding of company products, functions, marketing, and/or service policies and procedures * Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM, IM, QM processes * Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements * Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements * Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. * Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP EWM, IM, QM modules * Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. * Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. * Track/Manage changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; * Document functional designs, test cases and results. * Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements * Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. * Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required * Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members What you need for success: * Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time * Understanding of planning, manufacturing, and cost accounting business processes * Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective * Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others * Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness * Proven track record in supporting operations customers and contract manufacturers * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams * Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills * Willingness to travel regularly, including internationally as necessary * Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives * Ability to blend the technical and commercial to deliver a balanced approach to problems Skills and Certifications: * Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field. * 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience * Minimum of 5 years Solution Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support of SAP EWM, IM, and QM functions. * Experience in integration of SAP warehouse processes with relevant SD, MM, PP, and FICO functions. * Detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality in S4HANA for SD, MM, and PP domains. * Experience in understanding the MM and EWM business process procedures and mapping in to SAP, finding the process gaps * Excellent functional knowledge in Stores / Warehouse Management , BIN Management, Rack Management ,Storage Bins, Bin types , Storage unit types ,Put away, Picking Strategy configuration for the storage types , Mobile Data Entry(RF management) ,EWM master data and Transaction Data management and Master data setup for the Warehouses like Warehouse number, Storage types, Storage Section * Strong functional knowledge of Interplant Shipping, Transfer pricing, and Import/Export Compliance * Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions * Able to design and configure the processes in Inspection Planning, Results processing, * Knowledge on the RICEFW objects and experience drafting functional & technical specifications * 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. * Experience with commercial MES/Engineering systems and Data Integration Design * 5-7 years of overall IT experience and a record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise, while applying best practices and leveraging core SAP platform capabilities. * Flexible in collaboration with virtual global team via cyber-meeting outside of office hours regularly. * Understanding of relational databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle) preferred.
