Credit Solutions of Lexington, KY is hiring a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Project Manager to oversee new client implementations, new vendor and technology implementations, and omnichannel patient communication methods in our Extended Business Office. You will be responsible for managing and executing project plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services while working with data analytics team to develop and maintain metrics that measure project success.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Lead new client implementations from initiation to post-implementation support, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new vendor and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk management and mitigation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, including vendor management.
  • Identify and escalate project issues, risks, and conflicts as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Review and monitor patient communication methods, including omnichannel communications, to ensure effective and efficient communication with patients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement patient communication strategies that improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage the selection and implementation of new technologies including, communication technologies, secure messaging platforms and patient portals.
  • Work closely with our data analytics team to develop and maintain metrics that measure the effectiveness of overall project successes.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as Client Services, Operations, and IT, to ensure that strategies align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone understands project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTHCARE REVENUE CYCLE PROJECT MANAGER

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in healthcare finance or related field, including experience overseeing new client implementations, new vendor and technology implementations, and patient communication methods.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and regulations, including reimbursement methodologies and compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing patient communication technologies, such as secure messaging platforms and patient portals.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including the ability to develop and maintain metrics that measure project success and patient engagement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.
