Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Management Analyst to support our recent award with DLA to be located at our Tysons Corner office.
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
Bachelors degree preferred
Provide strategy and management solution expertise in support of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Program Management Office (PMO).
Prepare and create leadership level documents for review by the appropriate Government Oversight Boards, Committees, and teams.
Prepare and review executive correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Access, Power Point, Word, Excel, and other software programs to access and extract data/information, to prepare recurring reports, presentations, dashboards, and other written reports.
Use analytical skills and expert knowledge of Microsoft Software to produce meaningful data presentations.
Use analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Software skill to support in the development of information materials to increase and improve communication with various Services and Agencies.
Develop material and information while assisting team members in preparation for external reports/reviews/suspense's or other requests.
Analyze communication issues to determine how best to communicate information to target audiences (Leadership, Government, Vendors).
Develop program Strategic Communication Plans that ensure customers' and stakeholders' awareness of the program's business goals and objectives.
Assist in the tracking and trending of program performance measures.
Coordinate and evaluate data and identify issues requiring further investigation and exploration and make recommended solutions to share with Leadership.
Record, maintain, and track minutes and actions of assigned meetings.
Prepare special reports and updates, one time and recurring, and other products for providing Leadership with the necessary information relative to status and accomplishments of the PIEE program.
Serve as liaison with fellow team members to follow up and provide guidance on requests for information, documents, data, reports, etc.
Facilitate communication with team members and external services and agencies by setting up meetings and/or telecommunications.
Facilitate meetings, working groups, integrated program teams, and aid in the establishment of such groups.
Conduct analysis and produce analytical documents with minimal oversight.
