The Agency Fit


As the Creative Director, through an intentional diverse lens, you’ll define the creative vision for brands, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages. You’ll work on a variety of digital and print projects. Your holistic understanding of the entire creative process will ensure your ability to successfully lead the work and the creative team. Your innate ability to recognize great copy, design, and fresh approaches will be extremely valuable to our internal and external work streams. You’ll help set the vision and the strategy for how we approach creative and how our partners can take an innovative and effective approach to their initiatives.


You will interpret signals and information from sources to help inform creative work that surprises and resonates. You’ll develop incredible ideas and support others  to bring theirs to life. You will work with video and photo concepts and combine them with other technologies to help deliver authentic and compelling stories.. You’ll provide (and also apply) nuanced and intentional feedback that helps establish a creative idea in a robust strategy.


You’ll work closely and openly across our accounts, content, strategies, creative effectiveness, and teams to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives alongside our clients and collaborative partners.


How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and present compelling and strategically sound work to brands and agencies to unlock more meaningful connections between brands and multicultural consumers
  • Provide oversight on content strategy, design, creative and execution alongside our teams
  • Collaborate with external creative and media agency partners to develop potent consumer engagements
  • Conceptualize marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients for agency growth (presentations, social media, blog articles, etc.)
  • Operate as both a doer and a leader within the team - you’ll be hands-on with creative assets and executions, as well as providing guidance and insight to your team
  • Oversee all work of the creative team to maintain quality and integrity of content creation, design and execution


The Value You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative marketing role at an agency
  • Experience taking projects from concept through execution
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative, Google
  • Strong art direction and brand strategy experience
  • Deep understanding and passion for storytelling formats
  • Very organized, able to manage and prioritize a ton of things simultaneously
  • A demonstrated history of participating ideas that have a cultural impact (not just traditional thinking) 
  • Self-motivated, problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience leading a team of creatives (Graphic  Designers, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Proven ability to deliver persuasive and compelling presentations to senior brand clients
