The Cultural Fit
As the Account Manager, you have proven experience in all account management responsibilities and are focused on providing strategic leadership for your assigned accounts. This role is for a strategic and growth-minded individual who knows advertising/marketing when they see it, while owning client-facing communications + management. You're a self-starter who is hands on and possesses an incredible work ethic.The pace of agency life doesn't intimidate you--it motivates you. You'll do what it takes to get stuff done.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Leading both client + internal team meetings/necessary working sessions
- Manage and update decks and deliverables
- Proactively identify client needs and generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Act as a primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale projects
- Inspire agency and client confidence and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines are timely
The Value You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a account management role at an agency
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
- Strong project management skills to organize teams across complex projects.
- History of successfully pitching new business opportunities to existing and potential clients
- Experience successfully taking projects from concept through execution
- Very organized, able to manage and prioritize a ton of things simultaneously
- A demonstrated history of pitching ideas that have a cultural impact (not just traditional thinking)
- Proven ability to deliver persuasive and compelling presentations to senior brand clients
