Job description

We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to oversee the production and provision of various services. Duties include designing and controlling the various steps of service process, redesigning business operations as needed. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively tasks such as troubleshooting, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, regular reporting, etc.


  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
  • Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and assets
  • Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations including filing paperwork as needed
  • Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Helping other managers and department supervisors with regular operational tasks and special projects
  • Learning each department’s protocol and standard operating procedures
  • Identifying a task/project’s needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Building sustainable relationships and engage managers/supervisors and teammates by taking the extra mile
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


  • Previous experience in service operations administration/management preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant operations experience
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
