  • The Integrated Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of new features and configurations within the full stack of company's eCommerce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Overview of role:

  • Perform day-to-day administration, development, proactive maintenance, and advanced technical support of applications
  • Create and modify custom scripting and code
  • Work across the organization to diagnose issues and find opportunities for operational efficiency & new features
  • Establish standards, best practices and design patterns to serve as templates for teams
  • Assist IT Service Desk critical issues, including opening, documenting and closing tickets, and providing support via phone, email, video conferencing and in person

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience implementing cross-platform & 3rd Party integrations
  • 3+ years ERP/CRM experience preferred
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Math, Business and/or Financial background) or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with iPaaS products (Jitterbit, Celigo, etc.)
  • API programming and testing experience using systems like PostmanSuperb
  • Prior experience of working in omni-channel sales, manufacturing & distribution environments is a plus!
  • Must be willing to work on-site at least 2-days a week
