STAFF ACCOUNTANT

What the Staff Accountant will do:
- Full accounting and financial reporting
- Balance sheet account reconciliation.
- Reconciliation of draw requests, ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Reconciliation of spend tracking to general ledger. Communicate and resolve discrepancies.
- Recordation of intercompany and affiliated entity account.
- Cash Flow projections.
What the company needs in a Staff Accountant:
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Good understanding of GAAP
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a PLUS
