Position: IT Manager

CFS is partnering with the leading designer and builder of extrusion blow molding machines in Williamston, MI. This opportunity will offer exposure to a variety of technologies, hands-on projects, and would provide a great opportunity for stability and growth within the organization!

The IT Manager will oversee the Business Systems Team, manage all information system operations, and will be responsible for directing the design, development, and maintenance of all Information Technology aspects to meet the current and future needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and customizing all modules of Infor System 21 ERP system software being utilized by different departments.
• Manage and perform the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems.
• Analyze data to plan solutions that will provide system capabilities required for projected workloads.
• Serve as the point of escalation when Level 1 Help Desk cannot resolve issues including, PCs, VoIP, networking, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Act as the Chief Security Officer for all computer systems. Set security policies and ensure policies are followed. Monitor all backup procedures and data storage. Invokes systems security to all users through subordinate personnel.

Requirements & Education:

• AS400 experience is required.
• Infor Product experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, SQL, and SQLRPGLE.
• Familiar with triggers, transaction processing, and logical partition.
• Knowledge of C+ and Java is preferred.
• Familiar with email security, Firewalls, cybernetics, and backups is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Microsoft, Active Directory, Networking (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN), and Hyper-V.
• Experience leading a team is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of related experience is required.
