Creative Digital Imaging uses highly sophisticated solutions to turn our client data into actionable communications. This requires the collection of numerous details and specifications that are coordinated and organized so that we may create and deliver customized solutions for our clients. We are looking for an execution driven, highly organized, career minded individual that enjoys being challenged and to work with other like-minded professionals in a team environment on our Client Services Team as an Associate Project Manager.
The Associate PM will perform a variety of PMO tasks to include but not limited to the following:
Interface with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control and risk identification.
Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitate project meetings.
Implements project documentation aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Report status variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, schedule.
Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support.
Implement standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Work independently with minimal supervision and have the confidence to escalate an issue wherever necessary to address or remediate risk.
Two to five year's experience in Project Management/Business Analysis. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite all applications, familiar with Visio and any other software knowledge a plus.
This position is contingent on the successful completion of a background check. This position is NOT a telecommute position and is physically located in our offices in Bangor, Maine.
