Headquartered in Salt Lake City Utah, but operating remotely throughout the country, we are looking for growth-oriented, motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Who You Are:
The Director of Demand Generation at HH2 will develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive demand generation plan to support and drive the company’s goals. This individual must be able to work in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and other functions in order to build consensus on strategy, and then execute that strategy. The Director will have experience as a change agent with demonstrated expertise and effectiveness; and will have the creativity and energy to advance HH2 across all dimensions.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a leader within the organization, working closely with the CRO and other cross-functional leaders to create and execute on our marketing strategy, with a concentration on improving our demand generation results.
  • Oversee a budget of ad spend aimed at driving qualified opportunities to our sales teams at an ever-increasing efficiency.
  • Optimize expenditure across a multitude of platforms, decreasing Cost Per Lead, and improving lead quality over time.
  • When appropriate, partner with agencies to scale our demand generation efforts.
  • Experience growing organic traffic through content expansion and optimization as well as the ability to track and report on organic growth using tools like SEMrush.
  • Develop a content strategy designed to drive top-of-funnel interest from potential customers.
  • Oversee nurture campaigns via email marketing, direct advertising, attendance at industry events, etc, aimed at increasing awareness, and ultimately driving higher intent from prospective buyers, as well as more MQLs to our sales team.
  • Recruit and manage a small team of specialists to generate more demand.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing ad spend through an array of platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analytically-minded, with experience leveraging Google Analytics to monitor, test, and optimize expenditure.
  • Experience partnering with sales and ops to build workflows and data tracking into Salesforce, as well as a central database.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to independently prioritize work and drive effective results
  • Ability to manage and motivate others around you – not just in your own team, but cross functionally, as well.
  • An effective communicator, with the ability to create reporting and visualizations that summarize trends within Marketing, and within Demand Generation.
  • Experience in the construction industry not required, but helpful
  • College Graduate required
