What You Will Do:
Account manager responsibilities include developing a long-term relationship with our client, Sephora, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Sephora’s needs. Manage and develop accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship with Sephora.

Requires a bachelor's degree, and at preferably 3- 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Preference given to bi-lingual individuals with both Spanish and English fluency. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills · Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

Job Environment and Conditions:
Working conditions are generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Some travel may be requested.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
