JOB DESCRIPTION: Do you like engaging with people in an upbeat artistic and creative environment? If so, you could be a good fit for our Creative team by becoming a Studio Customer Service Specialist. The position is perfect for individuals who are focused, have attention to detail, are dependable and understand the importance of excellent customer service.
THE ROLE: The Customer Service Specialist will report to the owners and will be responsible for ensuring that virtual and in-studio events are executed with a high degree of efficiency, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable speaking to groups of all ages and sizes
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Packing art materials kits
Setting-up the studio, ensuring event areas are clean events prior to guests arriving
Greeting guests with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, confirming event details, then liaising with the party host to ensure a positive experience while keeping the event on schedule
Cleaning and sanitizing the studio after each event
Ensuring and enforcing adequate safety measures and maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
Handling customer issues in a professional and timely manner and escalating issues management as necessary.
Handling phone calls, reservations, sales, cash register and store open/close procedures.
SKILLS PREFERRED - Retail experience, appreciation for art and creativity, the desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and experience working with children.kids
REQUIREMENTS: · Must be 21 and able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts · Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - · Computer proficiency, good oral and written communication skills, high degree of professionalism and the ability to engage with establish trust, credibility, and confidence with customers, peers, and management..Must be available to work……………
