We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team!
The Sales Support Specialist role is responsible for being part of the partner support team in support of the account managers through all sales activities, customer and partner follow ups, as well as data collection from partners and customers to ensure successful service deliveries.
Position tasks and responsibilities:
Track each quote and project to ensure it’s returned in timely matter directly and or together with the designated Account Manager.
Ensure proper on-boarding of new customers.
Track each firm quote progress to ensure quotes are being completed based on customer requirements.
Review and ensure best quote to win business.
Manage customer portal accounts.
Handle all customer inquiries that are not part of the standard processes for order management, support, service management and finance.
Work with the designated Project Manager and Service Manager on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction for delivery and support.
Assist in customer RFIs or RFPs as directed by the Account Manager.
Respond to urgent requests beyond the regular work hours where deemed necessary.
Maintain a customer specific log containing all action items and issues.
Ensure that the services are fit-for-purpose, offer enhancement or replacements when needed(upsell)
Pro-actively review the customer services and offer cost improvements where possible (reduce churn, boost renewal)
Manage the ongoing relationship and respond to our customer request for service expansion, changes and cancellations.
Be an advocate for our customers
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.
Excellent administrative skills; very accurate, well organized, creative, persistent, quality driven.
Ability to focus on results and client satisfaction; meeting departmental and company goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience in dealing with all levels of management, and different functional departments.
Able to make informed, educated and timely decisions, under pressure.
Demonstrated experience in improving and implementing processes.
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Technical skills in Networking and Telecommunication is a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skill is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
Proactive and team worker.
