We are seeking Mortgage Customer Service Call Center Representatives to join our growing team!
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Crane Consulting and Outsourcing's expanding inbound call center! Our company is a major cross-industry outsourcing company, which provides best-in-class center solutions to a diverse client base. Our state-of-the-art call centers provide a working environment where individuals looking for a defined career path can thrive. Mortgage Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting/providing information to callers in a professional manner.
***MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW ON A WEEKDAY DURING THE HOURS OF 1-4PM***
Start Date: Immediate
- Answering inbound calls professionally
- Provide information and customer service assistance to the caller
- Use knowledge learned in training sessions (paid) to provide accurate information
- Document and update records based on interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience -- Preferred
- Great communication skills
- a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated success in working in a team environment.
